We believe that when people buy a web service they should do so from a position of strength nad knowledge. We do not try to sell services that are not required in the hope that the client is too ignorant to know any different (see our ethical policy).

To support this ethos, this page gives some documents and reports to empower the buyer to understand what is involved in making an informed choice about appointing a website marketing agency.

Unfortunately fee-earning work comes first, but when we get a spare moment, we will be adding to this list.
